Whenever I eat spicy food, I feel some kind of irritation, burning sensation and pain in my gums. I do not have any cavity in my teeth. I got scaling done 2 years back. Once I stop eating spicy food, the pain fades away in few minutes. I would like to know the reason behind it. Please advice me the preventive measures as well.

My wife had constipation issues all her life. This with IBS that generally results in at best small amount of feces. This is day five of no bowel movement. I have been diagnosed with a vitamin B12 deficiency at 149 and I am taking medicines from last month. I have a slight pain in the left side of my chest and also below my chest. My ECG is normal.Before diagnosis, I was feeling a suction on left side of chest. But now it is normal. And when I tried to sleep on the left side, it was quite uncomfortable. This problem got cured after the treatment as well. I want to know if it all is related to B12 deficiency

The gums of my front teeth in the lower jaw have a small hint of pale pink. But, on the right side, it shows a hint of a darker pink. Also, my teeth look larger on the back side. Is that normal? Please help me.

Im a 30 year old male and had been smoking for the last 10 years. I smoke 10-11 cigarettes a day. I stopped it completely for the last 36 days. Now, I am suffering with severe acidity and constipation. I am taking Sompraz 40 in the morning for the last 10 days, but no great improvement felt.My SGPT and SGOT are 44 and 99. Total cholesterol is 216 (LDL-157, HDL-36 and VLDL-22.3). I do not have any diabetic background. Please let me know whether this is the reason for lasting G.E.R.D.

I am suffering from a bipolar affective disorder. Currently, I take Magnesium Valproate 400 mg BD with Amisulpride 100 mg HS. My overall mental health remains stable with the above-said dose of medicines. I have had anxiety in the past. I always want to be in bed, talk as less as possible with my family, and remain busy with my gadgets. If this dose is changed, I have so many other problems. I had minor hamstring injury last month and am receiving physical therapy. I also visited a neurologist for peripheral neuropathy in my foot. Last year my neurologist diagnosed me with benign fasciculation syndrome. After the injury, I am getting twitches in the injured leg most of the time that is in my right thigh for past three weeks. But, there is no clinical weakness. I can induce a twitch by tapping the injured inner knee area. Physical therapy is not changing much. please suggest

I recently had some tests and result shows Vitamin B12 was over 2000 ng/ml. I do not take any b12 or multivitamins. Globulin was 1.8 g/dl. Albumin/globulin ratio 2.7 range was 1.0 to 2.5. AST 41 u/l ref range was 10 to 40. ALT 83 u/l ref range 9 to 46. Hemoglobin 17.4 g/dl ref range from 13.2 to 17.1. Is this a serious sign of something wrong? I have noticed. I do not feel that great these days. My doctor has put me into getting an ultrasound on my abdomen.
